Membership Information

Are you in the Real Estate Industry in our market, and also manage some rental homes? Are you looking for educational and marketing opportunities, and vendors to help you take care of these properties for you? Are you in the need of a lease agreement to use? You can join as an Independent Rental Owner (IRO). 

For this cost your company becomes a member of the Greater Fayetteville Apartment Association, and you and your staff can participate in our events and seminars, even your employees from other markets that fall under your company. The Management Company membership is a solution for Regionals and Executives to keep their expenses for their own education and networking separated from the budgets from those on-site. You may also post FREE employment ads through our website if you are need of new staffing at any level. This is also a great membership option for local companies that manage single family homes! 

*Effective January 1st, 2022 it is mandatory for a Management Company to join the GFAA too, if they have a community that is a member in our territory.

There are many apartment communities in our market that are members of the Greater Fayetteville Apartment Association. Dues are charged annually in January, and based on tiers and by number of units. In addition to the benefits of networking and educational opportunities, you also have access to the NAA Blue Moon lease agreement. You may also post FREE employment ads on our website for 30 days if you are need of on-site help.
