Class will begin promptly at 9 AM, please plan to arrive no later than 8:45 AM.

This course is designed for those that are needing a refresher on HVAC procedures or those that are just getting started in our industry working on HVAC.

In this course we will cover:

  • HVAC basics
  • Lock out
  • Tag out procedures
  • Customer service relations
  • And, dip our toes into some Fair Housing

This course is designed for in-person learning with real life scenarios and day-to-day apartment HVAC maintenance and repair.

The class is limited to 15 students. Those that sign up and are present for the class will be entered into a drawing. 

You must be present to win; all drawings and giveaways will happen at noon immediately following the conclusion of class. 

About the Instructor:

Dennies Lamb started in the apartment industry in 1979. Dennies is accredited with his CAMT, NAAEI Instructor credential, EPA/CFC certification, CPO certification, NARTA certification- officially licensed to work on Whirlpool Appliances. Dennies has been with Apartment Dynamics since 2015 and is currently the Maintenance Supervisor of Briarwood Apartments here in Fayetteville, NC.

On his off time Dennies enjoys spending time with his family, attending his church, New Hope Baptist Church in Spring Lake, NC, and all sports and music alike! Dennies is currently volunteering with the Greater Fayetteville Apartment Association Education Committee and assisting with Fayetteville Technical Community College Apartment Maintenance Technician Program.
