Event Details

Leasing professionals are the first people prospective residents meet and are responsible for generating traffic, conducting leasing demonstrations, overcoming objections and qualifying prospective residents. This program teaches all these skills and more.

Requirements:

To obtain the CALP credential, candidates must complete the following:

  • Minimum of six months of onsite property management experience in a leasing role (This can be obtained while taking the course; you will receive a provisional certificate until this requirement is met.)
  • Successful completion of seven CALP courses.
  • Pass the examination within six (6) months of declaring candidacy.

Location, Dates, & Times

Location: FTCC Center for Business and Industry

Class will be held in the FTCC Center for Business and Industry at 2723 Fort Bragg Road.  We are located in between the Fit4Life Gym and the YMCA/FTCC Cosmetology buildings.

  • September 9, 9 am - 5 pm, please arrive 15 minutes early
  • September 10, 9 am - 5 pm
  • September 11, 9 am- 5 pm

Exams will be scheduled after modules are completed.

Mindy McCorkle has 30+ years of operations and leadership experience in restaurant operations and property management and has held just about every role in those industries, from front-line roles to executive positions, has served on numerous boards, countless volunteer committees, and has won many awards.  She currently owns Enhancement Talent Development, LLC, where her mission is to enhance the talent and performance of our clients’ teams through exceptional learning experiences and consultation while motivating individuals to explore greater self-fulfillment, higher self-awareness, and transformational thinking.
